Details of Land and House for Sale:
Gana Kiritharan wanted to
sell his family land and house to cover his Medical and Personal
Expenses. This land was given to his parents by mother side grandparents
as seethanam (A kind of Donation given for newly married couples by
their parents.) Gana Kiritharan's parents built the present house in the
land 45 years before.
The land located in
2 km from Chavakachcheri Town. You can reach the land from
Chavakachcheri town by first going in Kacchai road for about 2 km then
going into Uppukerni road for about 500 m. People around the place will identify it as Retired Kanagalingam
master veedu.
There are 3 different
plots of land for sale.

First one is one acre
land and the house. There is also a small well which give good clear
water. Other wells in the area gives savar (orange colour water).
There are several useful trees in the land. The house is more than
2500 square feet one with 4 rooms, one big living room, veranda and
kitchen. It was built in 1963 and need some repair and painting.
This plot of land can be sold as a one piece or 3 or 4 divided pieces.

The second plot is 3
parapu land separated from main land because two other pieces were
sold before. There is no house or well in this piece. There are few
useful trees in the land. Entrance for this land come from Kandasamy
kovil road and already two families are living in other sold
adjacent pieces.

Also there is 8 parapu
cultivation (Vajal) land for sale. There is a small well in the
land. It is located in Meesalai Vajal
area around 4 km from the house.
