would like to bring everybody's kind attention of an organized conspiracy he is
experiencing into his financial and Intellectual life and the civil
action he has filed against
a Canadian Bank (TD
Canada Trust),
who may be an important part of this conspiracy and have some important
evidences.
While Gana Kiritharan's
First Book running 5th Success Year of Sales, he has to face some
organized conspiracy when coming to royalty payments. Someone else opened
an account in Gana Kiritharan's name in a Canadian Bank (TD Canada Trust) criminally and cashed
Gana Kiritharan's royalty cheques.
Following are the
Evidences Available at this Moment for this Illegal Activity.
1. When Gana Kiritharan
realized this issue and started to search for legal help, tellers at
above Bank printed some additional information on the back of the
Transaction Record Gana Kiritharan Signed (Slip of Paper Signed for Every Day Banking at Bank
Counter). Gana Kiritharan was prevented from looking at this
additional information. According to Court Order Bank has to Produce two
more Transaction Records for Inspection. These Transaction Records may
have some information Regarding Illegally Cashed Royalty Payments belong to Gana
Kiritharan's Intellectual works.

When Gana Kiritharan defaulted his Line of Credit with
above bank, after 7 months the Line of Credit Account gets closed as Follows:
This Transaction is reported in Credit Report as Balance "0", Closed
Consumer's Request.
Though bank tries to argue this means that the Bank
“Written-Off” the account, bank failed to produce any
evidences for their argument and the truth is “Money was Collected Towards” Gana
Kiritharan’s Line of Credit. Bank account details should be
able to tell from where this money was Collected from.

Collection Item for Gana Kiritharan’s Value (Checking) Account with
above Bank. When this account started to become Over Draft due to some
accounting charges, after 4 months the Account gets closed in same way
as his line of Credit.
Bank may try to argue this also means that the Bank
“Written-Off” the account. But Bank eventually should tell
where all these money were Collected from.
One
Unfortunate Truth about above mentioned 1 – 3 Evidences is they still in
the hand of Bank. Only a strong Court Order can bring out the
Truth. Police Departments can bring out the truth through Search
Warrant. But they are in a state of Denial (Look Below). Search Warrant through Civil
Court how much Possible is the main Question here.

When
Gana Kiritharan stopped payments for his Visa Card with above Bank, Bank supposed to Write-Off the
account in 180 Days (6 Months). (As per C – 1 Guide Line of Banking
Superintendent Canada.) In Court Documents Bank say they Written-Off
the account in 240 Days (8 Months). But Evidence (Account Details
Provided by Bank and Credit Report) indicate
account was Written-Off only after 540 Days (18 Months). This may be
because the concealed account (or Any other form of Assert) provided
security for Gana Kiritharan’s Visa Card loan amount. The money was in
concealed account may have been disposed Illegally before write-off of
the Visa account.

Gana
Kiritharan tried to communicate
with bank regarding this issue between 12th March
2007 and 17th October 2007. When he failed to receive
responsible explanations he filed a Civil Claim on 18th
October 2007 in Ontario Civil Court asking complete account details
managed under his name in above bank. Details of Civil Action is

police complain to Toronto Police Department regarding this matter. The
